I have stumbled on to a issue that I am sure has been reported but I am not finding the entries out there.
When I add a TV show title that contains the special character “&” the software will not add the whole title just everything up to and not including the “&” character. see the screen shots below . . .
Is there a work around for this?
Do you see “Experimental Features” at the bottom of this page? https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
Try enabling them, then refresh the web app in your browser (F5).

This resolved the fact that the tv show now shows in the smart playlist once saved, however if you edit the playlist again the list shows the same as in the 2nd screenshot I posted.
This will be solved as well, once the new extended smart filters will be released.
I cannot tell you when exactly this will happen. But I have an alpha version here where this is already fixed.
