[BUG] Plex web player cant create / edit smart photo playlist with more than one filter option

Hey,

in Android app I can create smart playlist for photo library using more than one filter, in web app I cant (and cant edit created one). Editing results in error message.

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: 4.34.3
