With the recent update to Plex Web controlling the volume with the mouse wheel has broken. Before i can hover over the volume in Plex Web and scroll up or down to change the volume in small increments (where two up scrolls from 0 is decent headphone listening, with windows 7 main vol at 13). Now doing this makes the volume jump dramatically, from 0 to half the volume.
Confirmed.
However, it appears to be already fixed in a prerelease version of the web app.
So it will hopefully not take too long until it is fixed for you.
