I Reported this Bug, which was corroborated by another User, back in November 2024 and it is still present.
When Playing Music, if I Select the 3 Vertical Dots to, for example, Turn On ‘Repeat All’ then all I get is a Blank Screen and there is no way to regain control, or even Back Out, resulting in the App having to be Force Closed.
I am using PlexHTPC on WIndows 11 which is Fully up to Date.

This Issue still exists in the Latest Update, Version 1.71.0.334.

I have replicated the Issue and have attached the PlexHTPC Logs.
Plex HTPC.log (300.2 KB)
I Closed PlexHTPC
Deleted the Logs
Started PlexHTPC
Shuffled All Music
Selected the 3 Vertical Dots
Screen Clears to same Colour as was on the Song Backdrop and No Input is accepted requiring PlexHTPC to be Force Closed.

Some more Information.
This Issue only seems to occur when Playing Music.
Selecting the 3 Vertical Dots whilst Watching a Movie, or a TV Show, Opens the Options Screen as expected.

Thanks for reporting. Easy enough to reproduce. I’ve filed an internal issue for tracking. Thanks again for reporting.
Also with Windows HTPC, you can use F5 to refresh the screen to get you back in control instead of having to close the app and restart it. Still not a great experience, sorry.
