Hello. Weeks ago I got a new message on my PS4 talking about display state synchronization. Everything is fine and I left it activated.
Now every time I go into an episode or movie, plex asks me if I want to sync over and over again.
In PS4 settings → Account → “Sync My Watch State and Ratings” this option is marked as “DISABLED”, even though I said yes. Furthermore, it is impossible to change its status. It always stay in “DISABLED”
