Disable option for Sync Watch State and Ratings

I’ve chosen not to sync my watch state. EVERY TIME I stop a movie or finish watching, or change, i get the dialog screen that asks if i want to enable it. I do not. Does anyone know how to make it stop asking?

Another post reporting problems with Sync Watch State.

Samsung Tv - Sync Your Watch State and a Ratings cannot be turned on

Server Version#: Player Version#: Plex for Samsung v5.76.2 Platform Version 6 Each time I end a movie/episode I am asked the question as to whether I wish to enable this and despite saying Yes it does not. So each time I finish watching something I get the same question. In Settings-Account there is the option which says Off but trying to enable it does not work. It remains Off. Is this a bug or do I need to change a permission somewhere. Thanks Geoff

@FordGuy61, thank you. I did see this post but A) we have a diametrically opposed goals and B) there is no answer to Geoff555’s question either.

I’ll follow that to see if it turns out to be a bug, but my setting shows as desired. I’m trying to get it to stop asking me to change it.
