[BUG REPORT]Can't edit existing libraries

Server Version#: 1.40.4.8679 for all.
Player Version#: N/A
I have 2 bare metal systems each running PMS on TrueNAS Core 13.0-U6.2 in a standardly configured jail and another bare metal box running PMS on Ubuntu 22.04. Everything plays/streams perfectly on all 3 servers. However, if I go to setting>manage>libraries and try to edit any library on the TrueNAS machines I get this.

Notice that the Add Folders and Advanced options are dimmed out and cannot be selected as well as the language not being displayed. So I can’t add any new folders to the library.

But if I try to edit a library on the Linux PMS I get this.

Add Folders and Advanced are selectable and the language is displayed.

This appears to be a bug in the BSD/TrueNAS version of PMS. I have spoken to friends running PMS on QNAP and Synology systems and their edit libraries functions are normal.

This does not appear to be a mount point or permissions issue since the Linux box gets its libraries from one of the TrueNAS systems network shares. If I add new material to the NAS share folders and rescan the libraries on each system, all of the systems pick up the new movie, TV show etc.

Any one have any ideas??

I will try to revert to an earlier version of PMS when I get home today but this does seem like a bug.

I have confirmed this weekend through testing several past versions of PMS, that it is a bug in PMS that originally popped up in 1.40.0 for the FreeBSD/TrueNAS Core version. I have reverted back to 1.32.8 (the last version that didn’t have this bug) and I can now edit my libraries and add new folders to them etc.

Is there a process to submit a BUG report to have this issue looked at and resolved??
