PMS is excelent software, but i wait one year for resolving very simple choice of language in audio and subtitles.
This dont work over medialink and dont work over DLNA.
If developers of PMS dont have know-how to resolve this, please make this PMS open source software and solution is here …
In latest versions of media manager on movie details page exist selection for audio and subtitles, and is remembered, but not used for playback to Medialink LG TV and DLNA too. I recommend use this selection for setup prefered tracks and all bug trouble with PMS will be away…

PS:
LG 42LW570S DLNA dont work choice audio or subs, but Android Bubble pnp bs player can select audio without problem.
