On iOS 18.5 on an iPhone 13.
When playing back recorded TV, in portrait display mode, the skip forward and skip back buttons do not work. They instead each bring up the Settings menu when tapped.
The skip buttons work fine while in landscape mode, but turning the display vertically causes the buttons to malfunction.
This has been the case for me for the last three app versions.

This issue is still present in 2025.22.0. Anyone else out there have this problem? Is it just me?
During playback, I turn off ‘Lock to Landscape’ in the Playback Options in Settings. When it turns to portrait display, the skip buttons no longer work.
Skip forward brings of the Settings menu and skip back brings up the Subtitles menu.
Anybody?

UPDATE: The bug is connected to iOS ‘Display Zoom’. When ‘Larger Text’ is used, that’s when portrait playback mode breaks for the skip buttons.
This should be pretty easily repeatable . . . for anyone who gives a crap.

Bug Description:
While Display Zoom is set to Default, the play controls, in portrait mode, will render correctly.
When Display Zoom is switched to Larger Text, the play controls, in portrait mode, will overlap with each other, resulting in the skip buttons not working at all.
This is an obvious scaling issue and not how the app is supposed to operate.
Can someone PLEASE look into this? Or, at the very least, acknowledge this bug.
