I ran into the following bug, if anyone cqn fix it then great:
Take the following situation: say you have a season containing 20 episodes listed on the library.
If I chose an episode and press play, then go to the subtitle menu while the episode’s playing, and let it run a language & filename based search, then Plex will showcase a list of results - I chose one and it plays no problem.
When the bug appears?
After playing the first episode, and chosing a sub for it mid play - Plex exercises the automatic playing feature, and advances to the next episode automatically when the first episode finishes. Then - If I try to search for a sub to download, I get an error.
How I bypass it?
After the first episode finishes playing, I press back until I end up on the episodes list, and then I manually choose the next episode on the list. Then if I try to run a subtitle search - there’s no error and results are shown just fine, as long as the automatic play feature wasn’t in effect.
No clue why.. who usually handles Plex bugs?
