This has probably been asked before, but I can’t seem to find an answer for it. I am having trouble with Plex downloading subtitles for my movies and shows automatically. I have already gone into the settings and enabled the agents for subtitles. I also entered my account information for subtitles.org
When I manually download a subtitle, it reads it fine. Its just not getting them automatically with out me having to go find them, download them, and edit the file name for it to read. I remember a while back it was working, now for some time, it doesn’t get any at all.
Is there a fix for this? Or is this just a feature that does not work?
