[bug] “Your changes could not be saved”

Server Version#: 1.31.3.6819
Player Version#: 4.100.1

Cannot edit a library location and save. After clicking the save button, a message appears “Your changes could not be saved”.

This issue has been happening for at least 27 days now (see link below).

I found that if I change the SCANNER from Plex Movie Scanner to Plex Movie, I am allowed to save.
