I have started a new thread with the word [bug] in the title. May be this will get more attention.

[bug] “Your changes could not be saved”

Server Version#: 1.31.3.6819 Player Version#: 4.100.1 Cannot edit a library location and save. After clicking the save button, a message appears “Your changes could not be saved”.
