Building a New PC - What to do with old server online?

I’m building a new PC, which will have a fresh install of Windows and a new hard drives with media all in new locations.

What steps should I take when I sign in to Plex to effectively delete the old server and start again fresh? I found a similar question where a user suggested deleting the old server from the “Authorised Devices” page when I sign in - can I create another one (with the same name) and it’ll be “blank” ready for me to add media / libraries?

If you remove your old server from authorization, then you can add one back with the same name.

Remove / delete the tile from Authorised devices.
