Button for channel scan stuck

Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081 on Windows Server 2019
Tuner Make/Model: PCTV 292e/461e BDA 28179

Button for channel scan stuck and clock 12:00 is blinking. By hitting the button nothing happens.
I read dozens of old topics but nothing helped. Restarted, try different browser - addresses etc.

DVBViewer work fine and finds all channels.

If you need logs, which one you need? System / Tuner Service #
