Hi, I’m a plex pass subscriber. I have created the folder, the library and set up camera upload. Upload on the Samsung Galaxy S6 (Android) just says “uploading” and never uploads any files… Can anyone help please??

I’m having the same issue on iOS and it appears others are too but don’t appear to be responding to queries.
I too am having that same problem. In the middle of writing this post I looked through the server logs and found a Permission Denied error. (ERROR - Exception handled: boost::filesystem::copy_file: Permission denied), I believe it’s a permissions issue with where Plex is trying to save the files. I’ll post more once I try to fix it.
I finally fixed the Permission Denied issue, I had to change the permissions on the Folder that was created to store the photos, I had to add the group Plex and change file permissions to read and write to that folder so that Plex had permission to move the pics from the tmp folder to the destination folder.
