When I try to enable Camera Upload on my Android phone it pops up with a error:
“Camera Upload Error - We cannot find any photo libraries available for Camera Upload. Please Ask a server Owner to Share a photo library with you.”
I’m pretty sure i’m the server owner unless i’m mistaken on something. I’ve gone through the steps to share a Library and it tells me I can’t share with myself. I’m at a lost at how to get this to work i’m probably missing something but for the life of me can’t see it.

Hi, are you using internal or external storage. I recently bought a 128gb and am wondering if the issue is somehow related?

I have a similar issue - got my Plex Pass this morning and everything appears to recognize the upgrade. When I try to enable mobile camera uploading (from Android Nexus 6P), it tells me “Camera upload error…You are not allowed to upload photos and videos to any of your servers. Please ask the owners for permission.”
I am the owner and primary account holder - signed into my Plex Cloud via web and Android app as well. Some of the forum posts indicated that it could be linked to user permissions but when I try to share libraries with my username it tells me that I can’t be friends with myself (bummer).
Any ideas where these mystical ‘permission’ settings might be located so that I can enable camera uploading?

Which server are you trying to setup camera upload for ?
I see you have Plex Cloud which does not support camera upload and you have a server running an unsupported old version of Plex Mediia Server. See https://plex.tv/downloads for current version
I am now having the same problem. The upload worked without an issue for months. This issue started a few days ago. Thinking it was an app problem I uninstalled it and reinstalled, but continue with the same problem. Has anyone found a solution?
