Camera Upload Stopped Working (Hangs)

The Camera Upload (from 2 different Android Phones) stopped working. We use Plex Server for Windows.

When I try to manually invoke the upload, it just hangs saying “0 Remaining”. I tried resetting the uploadeder from Android, that went through all the photos, and then hangs at “11 Remaining”.

I checked the folders the images are stored in and there doesn’t seem to be an issue, I can’t imagine this is a permissions problem?

I’m running the latest stable version of Plex for Android and Plex Server for Windows. I’ve also tried re-scanning the library, but that doesn’t seem to help.

Any ideas?

If you could attempt the camera upload process and then grab the logs from your server it may help us diagnose the issue.

To grab the logs go to Server -> Settings -> Help -> Download Logs. Just make sure you have debug logging enabled in Settings -> Server -> General (and not verbose logging).
