Camera Upload Is Not Uploading All Photos

So I turned on Camera Upload a couple weeks ago and all has been well until today when I noticed that not all of the recent pictures I took were uploaded. There were four new pictures from Wednesday, but Camera Upload only uploaded one of them. I opened the iOS app and went to Settings > Camera Upload to force an upload, but nothing happened. The apps thinks they’re all uploaded, but it’s missing three. Any ideas?

I’m having the same issue on Android. Just set up my phone and it uploads only 33 out of over 90 images, all of which are visible in the Gallery app. But also when I look on my Plex app in the web, and at the files on my server, I see only 28 photos.

I checked the logs on the phone and nothing stood out. 33 images uploaded. But again, only 28 on my computer.

Server version 3.4.1 (Ubuntu), Android version 5.9.2.805 (Samsung Galaxy S6)

yeah I’m having same issue … only uploading 251 out of 797 images. just noticed yesterday it hasn’t been working. was working fine back in May. Have the latest version of Plax Server on Windows 10 and the latest version of Plex on my S7 running Nougat … no idea how to fix it :frowning:

Plex for iOS users post in the iOS forum

For each ensure the server is active server for the app and we have debug logging on the server enabled
and take logs from both sides - server after starting camera upload and getting to point where it thinks it is up to date and then collect the logs from both sides

Use Email / Share device logs to email the device logs to yourself for uploading here
