I’m using Windows 10, running server 2.5.9. Android Samsung Note 7 plex version 4.31.2.310 (7deaa753).
Camera upload created a new library and album. It says Uploading with 66 uploaded and 819 remaining. None of the 66 are in the album on the server and it’s been stuck on this status for over a week.
That’s the Web UI version (2.5.9) not the server version. The server version can be found from Settings -> Server -> General.
It could be a file permissions problem with the library you’ve chosen. Does the user you’re running PMS as have write permissions?
Thanks for responding, in the mean time I just created a second library and it uploaded everything in a snap.
I haven’t been able to get this to work at all. It says 1 photo uploaded, and nothing shows up in my media server. Using the latest server release, and Android 5.0 on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
@chaosensues - What OS/NAS/whatever is your Plex server running on? What actual version number (please, no “the latest” - the version from Settings -> Server -> General)?
Are you using the default Photos library for upload, or another library?
I have the same issue both on iPad & iPhone running IOS 10
PMS Version 1.2.2.2857
IOS App 4.4
I have tried two libraries default and new one but still does not work
Hey guys,
If you could provide server logs it would help track down where the issue is coming from.
You can grab the logs from Plex Web under Settings -> Server -> Help -> Download Logs and then post them here. Just make sure you first try and do the camera upload just before getting the logs.
I have over 4800 photos in my iphone. It(version4.4) done camera upload slowly. AND. all of the SLO-MO was not uploaded.
