Can Access Plex from iPhone but Not Chrome

Hello!
I’m having an issue where I cannot access Plex from Chrome. I get a “This site can’t be reached. Took too long to respond.” I can see all of my files in Windows Explorer and I can access Plex from the desktop app, AppleTV, iPhone, etc. I’ve tried turning off my VPN and Bitdefender Firewall and restarted my laptop and still cannot get Plex to load from Chrome. I’ve attached logs for review.

So you’re running plex on computer A, and trying to access on laptop B?

Is the plex server running on windows?
