Can connect remotely from browser but not from app

I am using the latest available server in unRaid and the latest android app.

I set up manual port forwarding of 80 and 443 to 180 and 1443 in my router and specified the url: http://plex.mydomain.com:180 and https://plex.mydomain.com:1443 in plex network custom URLs

In Nginx the reverse proxy is setup to forward to HostIP:32400

I am able to access my plex server from outside the network through the browser. But my phone app in Android says server is offline. The app does not work even within the network.
What should I do?
