Can I add a local hard drive to my Plex app tv and have the client access local video when mobile?

I am traveling a lot so i have a copy of my entire library on a 22TB drive that i have attached to my Smart TV running Plex, is there anyway of allowing my local TV client to access this local copy of all my data form my now remote server? streaming is not ideal as data rates are low so have resorted to running locally just missing a decent interface like Plex.

Sorry the Plex player apps don’t do that.

Actually depending on your media set up and file browser, you can launch a file not from within Plex but with the ‘play with’ function. I know it works with x-plore. It’s very cumbersome though and hit or miss depending on media format.
