When I rebuild my system, re-install plex, and bring the player up in my browser: I have the server listed twice.
One of the listings has an exclamation point by it, that one is not usable. No big deal, I just use the other server listed.
But I can I remove the old server icon? The one with the exclamation point by it? It seems like I could be able to do this, but I cannot figure out how.
Go to Settings in the sidebar you can find the name on the server click on it and afterwards click on the server you want to remove. At the bottom click on the button ‘× Remove server’
Another way is to remove the old (and only the old!) server from here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms
I am not finding that. I have a “settings” button in the upper right corner. But that does not help me remove those server links.
