Remove Old Plex Server from Sidebar

Hi everyone,

Have an issue that’s driving me a bit mad; there’s an old Plex server that a friend shared with me years ago in my sidebar. The friend has since decommissioned the server, yet it stays in the sidebar always as “unavailable”.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to remove it, including restoring defaults in the settings, but it just will not go. I’ve also deleted all authorised devices and it still persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You should be able to remove that server from
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms

Just make sure you don’t accidentally delete your active server (otherwise it’ll be signed out and you need reclaim it).

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ve only got my 1 active server in there though
