I like the managed users option in Plex, but I have more than 15 logins that I want to use (yes, I know, bandwidth and all of that, I’m not worried about that right now.) Is it possible to create a new account and link it to the same server, and have managed users in that account also be able to share libraries?
No. Managed Users can not share libraries. They only get access to the libraries that the Plex Home owner owns.
You can not give access to someone else’s libraries nor can they grant access to your managed users.
Can I have 2 plex accounts that pull their library information from the same files?
You’d have to set up 2 different servers on 2 separate machines (or virtual machines).
You can then point the Plex libraries of both servers at the same media storage (network share/NAS).
