can i please get some help?

have been trying to get this solved with absolutely no help. I have the yearly subscription and I recently updated Plex on my main media PC (where all of my media is stored). Now the Plex app won’t work on my LG TV, iPhone 7 or iPad Pro. On the TV, it says it can’t find the server, on the phone and iPad it says couldn’t connect to server and when I click on TAP HERE TO SELECT ANOTHER SERVER, my main server has a check mark next to it and says UNAUTHORIZED. Any help?

I probably won’t be able to take you too far, but the first thing I would check is:

On your main media PC, open Plex Web and go to Settings > Server. You should see the following:

If your server isn’t “signed in as” your admin account, this may be the root of the problem.
