signing me off/can't find the server!

I’m facing an issue with my Plex app on AppleTV it been working just fine all the time one year
but recently it start to logoff ! for no reason. I have two appleTV in house and first one start to log off and second (new) still working fine!

Here what is showing:

and when I click choose server:

when it happened at first I deleted the app and reinstall it but here we are again same issue
for no reason !

an update:
now it says my Plex media is offline !

I tried to run VPN on my iMac Plex Media server and still it stops finding my plex media server from appleTV

what shall I do ?

Are you sure you are using the same login on your PMS as you are in the app? According to that screenshot, your server is under a different username alseyda.

Yes same
As I said I had no issue at all
Don’t know why it start to disconnect

Anyway I had to do the code process again now
As fresh setup with AppleTV and is working but I’m afraid it will do same issue again few days later.

I’m trying to make things smooth for my parent
House …

Well, your screenshot disagrees.

If it’s working, maybe you have the security setting disabled in the server, which then allows any client on the same network to see it. The client does need to have the “Allow insecure connections” feature enabled. If either of these change, then you would lose connection.

Hi,
Just to let you know our ISP blocked Plex.tv website
and when Plex made changes to it’s AppleTV app to requires a code verification
I had to do a workaround so I can get the code on appleTV which bring a router a VPN install so my
AppleTV can reach your server for the code …

I wished Plex find a solution for this, like make the AppleTV app to get a code more other domain specified for getting code rather than plex.tv main domain.

As for my Secure connections on server side, it was " Preferred "
now I changed it to “Disabled”, is that better ?

I have one Question
after I activate the app on appleTV via VPN at first
does it need to logout or reactive it it after sometime ?

Please Please ask Plex team to allow to get a code from any other domain or IP
rather than main address ( Plex.tv)
