Where’s my server gone and all my Plex apps on every device can’t find a server?

I was a very happy Plex monthly subscriber through iTunes and as soon as I upgraded to a full subscription everything’s gone to ■■■■, I read. One help topic to the next and can’t even get a human support person to help.
I’m no tech genius but this is a joke.
I buy and own a lot of stuff but at least they all have support people to help.
I’m really sick of reading help/support topics, it’s close to a week and I’m no better off.
My server can’t be found, my account is active and shows users, players and web, it shows I’ve got a shiny Plex Pass, my username request is declined as it’s taken (dah, it’s taken by me), why can’t an account be matched up?
I’m pretty pissed off and the longer it takes the more frustrated I’m getting.
I didn’t purchase a Plex Pass to get screwed.

all my devices can’t find server, apple tv, iPads. samsung tv’s and I’ve been looking up help topics that haven’t helped at all.
I’m only limited in tech knowledge.
help in basic terms would be extremely helpful.

I’m on a macbook pro but also have a Mac mini which i haven’t been using. I’m running High seiera andhttps://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server/1.11.0.4666-fc63598ba/PlexMediaServer-1.11.0.4666-fc63598ba-OSX.zip
thats the version I’ve downloaded.
im limited in tech knowledge and usually get my son to sort out problems i have but he hasn’t been available.

i don’t have a server to check logs, theres a wheel thats looking for a sever on my account on the top left corner.
with get plex server with download tabs (set up pled cloud or download pled server) on one page.

device, user and web, add user or enable guest, my home and friends are whats showing on my settings.
I’m sorry if I’m being a pain.

ill read through that and follow the steps, just one question is how do i get my plex pass credentials?

I messed around with my Mac mini and I’m pretty sure I got everything sorted.
Andy, thank you in particular for your help but it took a lot of perseverance and patience but I’m sure I’ve got everything the way it should be.
Next step is to either set up a cloud system and organise my libraries (separating the libraries might be the next challenge) lol.
