Can I reinstall if I have my Plex Media Server folder but not a registry backup?

Server Version#:3.65.1
Player Version#:current iOS

Like the title says, I had a pc get wiped. I was able to recover the Plex Media Server folder from a backup. But I was obviously unable to get a backup of the registry file. Am I screwed? Or can I still recover at least some of my custom meta data or the server in total?

Thanks for the assistance.

No, this should be fine.
You will only lose some server settings and all your shares with friends and family (if you have used the sharing at all).

Depending on how you created the backup (was Plex server running when you made the backup?), you might have to restore a safety copy of the main database file:

I can’t be sure if it was closed. I’ll check the link. Thanks

I installed Plex, took it offline, signed out, then erased the old PMS folder in user account and copied in my old backup PMS folder. Did a restart and then signed into Plex and it cannot find my old libraries.

That’s what happens when the main database file is damaged.
You need to restore one of the backups, as mentioned above.
