Can I switch off all the movie & TV stuff?

I only use Plex for music. Can I hide or switch off all the other stuff?

I have never seen the word Ninja used more appropriately!

That said, I’ve never knowingly met an actual Ninja.

Or have I? If they were a real Ninja, how would I know?
