Can I sync files locally to my Mac to watch offline....?

Hi, is it possible to Sync movies locally on my Apple Macbook so I can watch movies offline?. I did install Plex Media player but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do it.

I can Sync to my mobile devices no problem, just wondering if it can be done on a Mac level .

No. Syncing is currently limited to mobile apps.
