i like including more info inside the () formula, specially including release group not only to know where and from who it came from but as a way to give them credit.
Two won’t help. IDs usually aren’t necessary at all. If you want to use one, a single accurate ID is basically perfectly effective, and will short-circuit the matching process. As @BigWheel mentioned only one is extracted and used.
Do you know the saying, A man with a watch knows what time it is. A man with two watches is never sure. It seems relevant here. 
Plex will ignore content in [square] brackets, as described in the https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/ document.
