No you can’t. Channel Master dvr+ is not a network tuner. It is a traditional setup box.
The thing you can do though, if you have the 16GB version with a external USB hard drive, you can unplug the hard drive from the dvr+, mount it on your computer, copy your recordings on your computer. You will also need to remux those recordings with a program like ffmpeg to add the pat and pmt tables into the ts files. After that you can put those files in a plex library. Then those recordings will be available in Plex.
