Currently I have Plex Media server on my personal laptop, but I am suffering from the connection because its connected wirelessly. Unfortunately my only Ethernet jack is already occupied for the PS4. So is there or will be there a way to make my PS4 as Plex Media server?

You could buy an inexpensive gigabit switch to expand the number of Ethernet ports.
