Plex player can't connect to Plex server

Hello,
since a few weeks (maybe a month or two) i am not able to play anything (connect to my Plex server).
Media Server Status is: MyPlexServer Unavailable. This server is offline or unreachable.

PS. it would be good to have direct access to someone from support to assist in such situations (at least, we are customers who paid for this)

If you could provide a little more information of your setup then maybe help will come.

Is the playstation on the same wifi or network as the Plex media server?

Is the Plex media server computer on at the same time as the playstation?

It’s hard to judge what is going on from your post.

Hello,
yes, PS4 is on the same wifi network as Plex Media Server.
Yes, Plex Media server is on computer at the same time as the playstation.
On the same network is XBOX One X, and the player there do not have any problems connecting Plex Media Server which is on the same network on the same time, and is on PC (Plex Media Server I mean). So this excludes the problem to be in my router.
This problem with Playstation occurred after some updates which happened.
