As the title indicates - I don’t want to “run a server on a computer” bla bla bla just want to stream music from Google drive. Is this possible?
You files can be streamed from Google Drive with the help of Rclone, but where will Plex Server be?
Sounds like they want to just have the client pull from google drive, without a middle-man (your own server) to provide the file for you.
This is not an option for Plex, it can only play the content from a server you control. The server itself can probably see and re-stream the google drive files, but you must have a server installed.
