How to stream to multi devices using Google Team Drive w Plex

I want to stream to family and friends my entire google library. I have Plex but when I do it locally since I no longer have gigabit speed I was forced to figure out a different solution or it bogged down bad.
I have all my stuff on a team drive now but I’m a loss as to what I do in order to set this up so that I can stream.
Also normally I know Google makes the files available in several formats. Does this comes across in Plex or how does that work?

Plex does not with with Google Drive directly. If you have your Google Drive mounted locally to your PMS computer, PMS will treat that as a local drive.

So how do I mount it locally as a PMS?
