Can I watch YouTube TV in PLEX

I’m getting ready soon I hope to dump cable. Can I watch YouTube TV via PLEX and does it use the same app. within PLEX as normal YouTube?

Also, can I record YTTV with the DVR feature?

No. This is for recording over-the-air or (unencrypted) cable tv.

I know YTTV has a unlimited DVR built in. Have you used it, how
well does it work, does it have commercial skip?
