While being logged into my plex pass account I tried to change to a new email as my original email was no longer accessible so a password reset was not going to work. Changed to new email in the form input my password for old email and updated with plex code and hit save …Bingo no access to my lifetime plex pass I have had since 2012 ($74) Still nothing from Plex billing & support what else Can I do ???
