No longer able to login

Hello, I’m not really sure how to get proper support here so Im posting here in hopes I can get someone from the plex team to take a look at my account. I’m a plex pass member. I was using plex a bit ago when all of a sudden nothing would play. I tried to sign in on multiple devices and it no longer takes my credentials. When I click the password reset link it also doesnt send me a email. What’s weird is plex online let me create a free account with the same email address as my plex pass account. Im wondering if something happened to my account? Can someone assist?

Sounds like someone might have gained access to your account and change the email. Check your email. When a change is made, Plex will send out an email to the old address. That email should have information on how to undo the change. If you went ahead and made a new account with the same email, you’ll want to change the email on your new account to free that up so the email can be reused on your old account.

Sounds like thats exactly what happened. I cant find that email anymore as I honestly thought it was spam and not real and deleted it. Anyway to get that sent back out to the original email account do you know? Pretty sure it’s been over a week. I did just update the email on this account to a different one so that I can reclaim my plex pass account once I get some assistance here.
