Fire TV app - All videos stopped playing

Server Version#:DSM 6.2.4-25556
Player Version#:8.17.1.25326

None of my videos play anymore.
They were working up to yesterday.
The files can be played fine via the Web Player.
When using FireTV 4K, all videos now say “The Server is not powerful enought to convert video”.
No settngs have been changed.
Disable video stream transcoding is selected.

Home Streaming - Maximum
Remote Streaming Maximum
These are recent .mkv files, episodes half way through playing no longer play.
Any help gratefully received.

You are running an older version of PMS. Please try updating to the latest version first and see if that helps.

Just to let you know, yesterday I tried to help two other users with the same problem 1.18 + Android.
In their case both are running MyCloud Home and they can’t manually update the server.
It seems like you guys are gonna start seeing that complain more and more.

We’re aware of the issue with the My Cloud Home devices. That is not the case here. It’s a Synology so it is updateable.

It started working on its own. The only thing that I saw change in the settings was in “Remote Access” settings, which was previously unavailable, and now works. Strange when the Synology Server and WiFi are in the same cabinet?

I have reluctantly upgraded the PMS as when I do, other users accessing remotely then start getting the same message, but I can play them fine.

When freshly installing the app in the Synology OS, that’s the default version. I will manually update. Is PlexMediaServer-1.22.3.4523-d0ce30438-armv7hf_neon_DSM6.spk a stable version or BETA?
