Can no longer switch between servers, update is shocking

This latest update is garbage. I can’t even change between servers now?

Has anybody else had this issue? If you know of a fix then please let me know.

I have two separate servers. Movies, TV Shows. I can no longer access them all. It has a ‘media server status’ page, in which they are all active. But there’s no way of accessing them. They are showing as ‘remote’.

Somebody please advise or Plex, sort your ■■■■ out.

It’s been discussed, at length, throughout the forum for weeks. If you search the forum you’ll easily find an explanation of the new process to switch servers.

Well can you link me to one of these threads please? I am a new member, just want me Plex to work again.

On which player platform are you having this issue?

LGTV pal, it was working brilliantly before hand.

the update has removed this drop down menu for me making plex useless for me as I work in fields with no internet , i sync music then play back from my local library on my phone

my phone is set as a server , any ideas ?

I’d love to help, but as I don’t have an LG TV I’m not sure what it supposed to look like. Did the LGTV interface change completely? On the Apple TV app, for example, you have to continue to swipe left to reveal a side menu where you can pick your active server.

If you go to search, you have the option of searching on just the currently selected server or all servers your account has access to.
