Can not add Playlist ever since new update

Hello,
I don’t know why but ever since the new server update got installed, I cannot add new playlist. I noticed that the server app said that it was installed on December 31, 1969.
Once, I have the same issue but adding new library. I fixed by using a previous database.

This time, I uninstalled the server, backed up the database file, and reinstalled the server software , but I still cannot add new playlist.

NOTE:I just found out that every time I add an MP4 or MP3 file, the server does not recognize it.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
