The add to playlist seems to not be working now

I’m selecting files from my other folder and when I use the add to playlist to add the selected files it no longer works. This started happening before the last update. If I do a smartlist it works, if I click on the single video in my other folders I can add that to any of the playlists. Anyone else seeing this?

I have the same issue. I started seeing that yesterday, but that was the first time I tried it since updating the the latest media server.

Ditto here - can’t add to or create playlists (always just creates an empty playlist without any entries). Something changed in the past few days…

Do either of you now have it working after the last update. Still broken for me. Makes making playlists painful.

Negative - I completely uninstalled (wiped appropriate AppData & Program Files folders as well manually) and downgraded to 1.18.9.2578-513b381af. Not sure if it’s a client issue or server at this point but haven’t done much debugging to see where the issue is (beyond looking at the logs anyway).

After I just installed the latest server update (Version 1.21.0.3616), this issue has been fixed.

Tried it - seemed to work to just add a single video to a new playlist, but subsequent attempts are still failing (and I wasn’t able to re-create the first one that worked).

Odd - wish I knew what the root cause was…

Must have been a client issue as when I just updated to version 1.24.0.1483-714cba36, playlists are now working again (albeit with an older server version 1.18.9.2578-513b381af; really not interested in messing around with a newer server variant now that it’s working again).
