Can not find database in normal path in order to backup

Server Version#: Version 1.13.9.5456
Player Version#: Version 3.69.1
I was going to backup my db and went to normal location, ```
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server and it is not showing at that location. PMS is running normally.
I tried hidden in File Explorer and it is set to show hidden files. Same in Plex itself. I have Admin rights and I am the only user on this machine.
I checked the registry and see no key pertaining to LocalAppData path.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you running PMS as a system service?

Hmmmm, not to my knowledge. I just did a normal install. Nothing fancy. Server on 1 machine, connects via Roku on 1 TV.

Here’s a screenshot of registry.

The localappdata key is not there. Which means the plex data folder is at the default location.
What happens if you paste this path into the address bar of the Windows file explorer and press Enter? %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server

It goes to the PMS folder with 12 sub folders but no db file as before.

Why are you expecting the db file to be directly in there?
The main Plex database file is located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Databases

Well, problem solved. In the past, and I mean probably 8-10 months, the db file was in the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server folder. I must have missed tthe change after some version upgrade. Thanks so much for your help! Despite a lot of bad mouthing of PLex lately on this forum, I still think you guys ROCK!!!

I can assure you that this was not the case at least during the last 4 years.

Well, it doesn’t matter. I’ve been battling cancer the last 5 years so there are some very murky times where I don’t remember a lot. This problem pulled me back to the old days when I was a Net Admin and a sw tester at Microsoft. Again, thanks so much for your pro assistance.
