Can not play DTS music on windows 10

I am a plex new user, and i make my plex media server in the WIN10 xenserver vm. and i play WAV,APE,FLAC is running well. but when i play DTS WAV files. it is failed. pls if who know how to fix it. i really thanks in advance.

i put the same DTS WAV file in my WD NAS home, it plays normal. i do not know why the file in WIN10 vm can not work. the vm config is very great. 16 core cpu and 10 GB memory. get crazy.

Don’t use DTS WAV files. These should not exist at all, because there is no official specification for DTS data in WAV files.
(No, that foobar can play them is not an indication that DTS WAVs are “a thing”.)

Either remove the WAV container around them and store them as pure DTS files
or
remux them into matroska (MKA) files.

thx, Kerner. but the thing make me confuse is that the same file can play normal in my WD cloud home.

could someone can tell me why my WD NAS can play WAV file of DTS Music, but my WIN10 can not play?
