I am not able to add libraries to the media server I receive the following errors:

A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.
The framework does come up an I am able to use PLEX listed DATA movies, music, tv.
I am running W10, 32 gig RAM

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software…
