PMS - Your changes could not be saved

Server Version#:1.31.0.6654
Player Version#:1.64.2.3546-5107ec40
NAS version: OMV6

I had PMS working perfectly up to a Docker update that was buggy and had to recreate my Plex Server in OMV.
I went thru the same steps I did initially and it is working.
In my Window Plex client I can see my server in OMV.
But my problem is I cannot add any libraries, I get the “Your changes could not be saved” error message.

I can’t figure this one out.
Any help will be much appreciated.

We are investigating why some folks are seeing this on various platforms. Some users have been able to resolve it by just restarting the Plex Media Server app. We suspect a component of the server is sometimes not starting properly when server starts up but we are still investigating.

If you would not mind providing your server logs so I can add to bug report it would be appreciated.

on windows 11 home i get the same error Your changes could not be saved” error i have uninstalled reinstalled plex media server and windows still cant get it to add my library

Hi, I have exactly same issue , cant add folders to Library, was something found out?

have you tried just restarting your sever app? ( not the whole computer)

Not sure if you question is addressed to me or to herrera_ar.
But to answer it from my experience, yes, I restarted the app multiple times.

I guess you haven’t found any resolution for this problem yet?
