I cleared the Cookies and Site Data and must have removed the login information. I am putting in the correct password and my email address but it keeps saying it is not correct. I am still able to use the player it signs in automatically. I really do not want to have to change all the passwords again. What can I do?
I tried both however, I got it work. In the task bar where it shows the icon that are running in the background. I right clicked on Plex sever, then clicked on, check for update. It then went and signed me in. I do not understand what happen, but it is now working.
Uninstall “Plex Media Player” and install either “Plex for Windows/mac/linux” or “Plex HTPC” – depending on whether you used the “Desktop” or the “TV” mode of PMP before.
